**The Role**:
**Change Management:
- Develop, implement and manage change management processes and policies to govern the initiation, review, approval and implementation of the changes accords IT system.
- Collaborate with stakeholder, including the IT team, business unites & vendor to access the change impact, risk and benefits.
- Conduct change impact assessment, risk analysis to ensure business continuity.
- Communication effectively with the stakeholders about the changes, timeline and expected outcome.

**Release Management**:

- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of the software releases, updates, patches, and configuration in alignment with release schedules.
- Coordinate with development, testing, operation team & user to ensure smooth deployment and post release validation.
- Maintain release documents, version control, release notes for audit and reference.
- Monitor release performances, continuously improve initiates to enhance release processes and efficiency.

**Defect Management**:

- Record and track reported defects based on categories and prioritize the defect based on the severity, impact and urgency.
- Keep record of the RCA of the defect and impact to the system functionality or user experience.
- Participate in triage meetings to review and prioritize the defects for resolution, considering factors such as business impact, customer feedback and project timeline.
- Coordinate with developer, business user to fix and test the defect before deploy to production.
- Monitor defect closure TAT, number of defect reported and fixed to track progress and effectives.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records, documentation & release notes
- Prepare regular reports to track changes, defects and release management activities.

**Project Governance**:

- Responsible to ensure all mandatory project/system enhancement documentation (i.e. : BRD, FSD, UAT test plan, test cases) are being prepared ,signed off and deposited into the project central repository filing.
- Ensure adoption of Group IT - PMO SOP and localized the SOP to the local entity and create necessary awareness of the guideline requirement to various stakeholders, business units and within the O&T department
- Assist in coordinating and support Project Managers in projects whenever required.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

**The Person**:

- Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related disciplines
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong communication
- Project management experience
- Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Team management skills
- Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
