**Job Scope**
- Responsible for all sale and business development duties including calling on account to increase revenue and profit.
- Responsible for managing and growing local sales, deep selling current local customer base.
- Responsible for selling shipping, forwarding and catering solutions to clients.
- Responsible for creating new business through contact with prospective customers in the assigned market.
- Responsible for identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to the Business Development.
- Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weakness of the company and making recommendations to constantly improve.
- Responsible for managing the customer support/service function to external customers.
- Responsible for all shipping, forwarding and catering functions and operations at the branch.
- Manages all personnel in branch location.

**Qualification Required**
- BSc/MSc degree in management or related field or equivalent experience highly preferred.
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5+ years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role and operation, preferably in industry of freight forwarding and catering.
- Experience with writing professional sales proposals and standard operation procedures highly preferred.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing operation in shipping, forwarding and catering.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kemaman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
