prepare Purchase Order, Invoice and Delivery Order by using Auto Count software.
- follow up payment.
- update report and schedule
- issue Purchase Requisition and assist in purchase raw material and standard parts.
- follow up with supplier the delivery schedule and update the purchase information into the system.
- handle in coming and outgoing office correspondence.
- handle petty cash and claims submission
- monitor stationary, uniform and place order when stock is low.
- go to bank and JPJ when needed.
- Processing Accounts Payable and Outgoing Payments
- Preparing Aging Report and check Supplier Monthly Statements
- Handle daily accounting data entry and procedure
- Responsible for all outstanding payments allocation and release timelines
- Proactively liaise with Accounts Senior and Suppliers on overdue payments
- Perform any ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Superior whenever necessary.
- any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
