HR & Admin Officer

Manage recruitment and selection
- Maintain and update job descriptions and job requirements
- Processing of attendance record, submission of EPF, monthly payroll, payroll reports and income tax to all relevant government entities
- Handle all compensation and benefits for employees
- Maintain and update company’s HR Handbook, organization chart, policies and procedures
- Prepare of Disciplinary Letters and Staff Memo/Announcements
- Develop, deliver and evaluate the quality of the training programmes and plan improvements to past training programs
- Implement training and development tools and perform training administration
- Prepare and conduct new employee induction program
- Assist in performance management exercise for confirmation, renewal and annual performance review
- Support for implementation of all HR related projects and ensure that all HR Projects are completed within the frame.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in the related field is required
- Experience in Full spectrum of Human Resources
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
