- **Position: Data Management**

**Summary**:

- Responsible in data entry and maintenance of credit / financing under Commercial Banking to ensure the following:

- Compliance of existing policy/ procedure/ guideline (Internal / BNM)
- High level of service excellence in operating customer’s accounts
- Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the Bank’s operation process flow (manually / systematically).
- Coordination any ad hoc request and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any MIS / IT related project on behalf of Commercial Banking
- Data integrity of Commercial Banking’s date and reporting.
- Monitoring and control of internal data extraction to ensure accurate reporting and data compilation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **CIF**
- Check CIF data creation against documents
- Maintenance of CIF data
- **ACF**
- Check ACF data creation against finalized MA/documents
- Maintenance of ACF data creation
- Update status i.e. approved / rejected / cancelled
- Coordinator and administrator role for Commercial Banking user to ensure standard operational process and data accuracy in CBS system as follows:

- Develop and maintenance user guide for CBS system;
- Monitoring and control of data extraction on ad-hoc / periodically basis;
- Administration user function in CBS (checker / maker);
- System data maintenance, data cleansing, data patching and reorganization;
- Training and support for commercial banking staffs;
- Coordinator and support role for all CCRIS issues to ensure compliance of internal financing guideline and risk framework in terms of customer’s track record and history with other banks.
- Monitoring and control of internal data extraction to ensure accurate reporting and data compilation.
- To assist matters related to data cleansing and data reorganization in the Bank’s system. To initiate / highlight any issues related to data integrity.
- Monitoring under Bank Guarantee 1:1 and Letter of Credit 1:1 program from approval to issuance to meet TAT.
- To compile and ensure that reporting data is accurate as per issuance of BG and LC.
- To ensure all credit paper submission to RMD / FC database is properly maintain and critical data is captured in CBS system.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
