Personal Assistant to Director Old Klang Road

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Director on day to day tasks
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all levels
- Perform with initiative and responsibility to complete tasks assigned and identify/ resolve issues proactively
- Perform general secretarial duties along with liaising with internal and external parties
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Admin or Personal Assistant
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Business related disciplines
- Meticulous personality
- Immediately available or within 1 month notice period
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
