**Job description**

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To ensure day-to-day operations are carried smoothly in accordance to company SOP.
- To assist in review, streamline and improve operations processes / workflow in order to optimise productivity level.
- To improvise and improve outlets performance in terms of profitability, sales revenue, customers' awareness and cost control.
- To ensure all staff is discipline, punctual and well personal hygiene.
- Assist Sous Chef in managing all stock inventories.
- Ensure that the highest standard of food & hygiene quality and cleanliness is maintained in the outlet.
- Responsible in assisting service operations to delivery products effectively.
- To ensure kitchen layout is conductive, safe and comfortable cooking ambiance.
- To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workstation, locker room and kitchen.

**Job Requirements**:
A team player and willing to work extra mile to achieve outlet target.
Be able to converse good in English, Bahasa & Mandarin/Cantonese.
Applicants must be willing to work in **Old Klang Road**.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
