- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and receiving of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with other members of the pastry team to ensure smooth operations and timely production.
- Actively participate in menu development and innovation, contributing creative ideas and suggestions.
- Support the Pastry Chef in special projects, events, and catering functions as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
