**Job description - **As a **Sourcing Specialist or e-Sourcing Coordinator **you will need to ensure a smooth and efficient communication with your stakeholders, be proactive and solution oriented, and also act as an interface between Sourcing managers, Vendor partners & internal stakeholders. Enables the procurement departments to expedite and simplify the entire lifecycle of the procurement process.

**Your responsibilities**
Following are the activities that’s mostly but not totally conclusive
- Serves as the primary point of contact for E- Auction, Spot Buy queries & Strategic Sourcing Team.
- Guide Sourcing Managers to assist in event setup and success.
- Lead the e-sourcing process per requisitions and ensure sourcing decisions are consistent with overall company strategy, policy, and needs.
- Execute simple to complex E-Auction events from start to finish, including but not limited to - validate requests per guidelines, analyze requirements, communicate with Sourcing Manager to close any data gaps, prepare and publish E-Auctions.
- Assist with the creation of auction strategies and lot structures and champion best practices.
- Provide coaching to new Procurement users.
- Coordinate procurement meetings to review and evaluate bids; facilitate decision making.
- Work with Sourcing Category Owners to leverage E-Auction tool to execute go-to-market strategies, including but not limited to, RFx and e-Auctions.
- Analyze and summarize bid proposals, prepare comparatives and summarized view.
- Analyze data, draw conclusions and communicate solutions to the stakeholders.
- Develop, publish KPIs and reporting dashboard on e-Sourcing pipeline and performance
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Relevant experience - preferably with post-graduation in International business/ supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of Source to Order and purchase-to-pay processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyses, organize and present data.
- Knowledge of Ariba/ any other E-auction tool added advantages
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and communication skills in English
- Attention to detail, -proactiveness, work ethic with strong customer focus.
- Ability of conflict resolution and project management skills.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
