**Marketing Admin Job Description**:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
- Manage and maintain websites, taking into account functionality, appearance, content and performance.
- Customer and merchant support
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company.
- Maintain develop and support content of ecommerce backend and website.
- Receive monitor and process daily order from ecommerce.
- Communicating with vendors, staff & customers.
- Assist in coordinating & executing marketing activities.
- Settle monthly report.
- Maintain existing vendors, customers and supplier relationship
**Job Requirement**:
- **Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or any related field.**:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to communicate and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Experience using computers for variety of tasks.
- At least 1 years of experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
