**Job Overview**:
The Associate Procurement Administrator supports the Material Management group and works closely with their supervisor to follow clearly defined procurement procedures. This is a role that allows for the development of new Material Management related skills. The Associate Procurement Administrator is responsible for performing basic Material Management activities and using existing procedures, to solve straightforward problems.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Works with Supply Chain Management team to carry out strategy in accordance with SCM system policies and procedures.
- Working closely with Buyers and Expediters in processing material requisitions, Purchase orders, Goods receiving and Purchase Orders close out.
- Works closely with Warehouse users in troubleshooting any Site Receiving activities in Material Management system
- Creation/Generation of reports for Supply Chain Management team
- Support business users on change control and system updates

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- University graduated in Information System/ Supply Chain/ Warehouse Management is preferable
- Fresh Graduates or entry level are welcomed
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Supply Chain/ Warehouse Management
- Knowledge in Supply Chain Management process inclusive of Material Administration is preferred
- Knowledge in Power BI and report development is preferable, not mandatory
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong people skills, good oral and written communication skills
- Aggressive and pro-active towards delivering the required outcome within the targeted deadline
