Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Carry out IT clerical duties
- Manage IT related procurement
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Administers and coordinates activities and processes in the IT procurement function.
- Technology purchasing function; reviews technology purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts; assists with the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors; researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices
- Purchase and implementation of information technology (IT) in accordance with organization strategy

Skill Requirements:

- Client relationship management skills
- Budgeting, bookkeeping and planning skills and knowledge of associated computer software
- Quality assurance skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Ability on multi-tasking and work independently

Experience / Education:

- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Office, Flexibility, Filing / paper management, Customer services skills, Communication, Teamwork
