Ecommerce Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Report to Director of Sales.
- Oversee the intersection of eCommerce, marketing, and global distribution strategies.
- Responsible for providing strategic direction, development and utility of all income generating sites for the hotel.
- Responsible to execute eCommerce priorities and tactics to maximise revenue.
- Track and validate eCommerce goals, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing Team to execute online brand marketing strategies and assist in partnership activities.
- Coordinate online marketing efforts and optimise paid search performance.
- Manage the official website content optimisation, and drive the growth of online business through hotel website.
- Ensure a balanced approach in participation of relevant e-channels and optimise OTA and Meta search channel presence.
- Work closely with Revenue Generating Departments to develop new campaigns for respective market segments.
- Recommend, use and optimize various online platforms to engage with different audiences and market segments.
- Deliver eCommerce communication and training to relevant departments and associates.
- To carry out any other duties as and when required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Digital Marketing in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in managing OTAs and Meta Search Channels.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self starter, goal oriented, eye for details and has an ability to drive change.
- Responsible, reliable and committed.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
