E - Commerce Specialist

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To manage and grow online sales channels like Lazada, Shopee and etc to increase revenue and profits.
- Align product strategies with marketing plans, using SEO, PPC, and other tools for maximum impact.
- Regularly update product listings, images, and pricing to stay competitive and attract customers.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve products and support.
- Create engaging content for key products and brands to drive sales.
- Plan and execute promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
- Provide monthly reports on sales and suggest improvements.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in FMCG or Health products.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Lazada and Shopee, and familiarity with marketing tools.
