Support the group-wide FCC ACT Function as it grows by
- Support the Head, FCC Act, Investigation Decisions and Execution in building and implementing FCC Act functions to execute the Quality Control Outcome (QCO) process for FCC Act through testing and assurance activities, to enhance the bank’s ability to detect and prevent Financial Crime.
- Provide the execution of FCC Act control checks [KCIs / CSTs] across the SCB Countries.
- Collate CST / KCI results and support Country / Regional review of the effectiveness of key financial crime controls based on the results of the monthly Operational Risk Assessments / Residual Risk Assessment.
- Production of FCC ACT QCO analysis report and dissemination to Group FCC Act for decisions and prioritisation, as required.
- Support the preparation of FCC Act Metrics and Management reporting, including the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data in reports at different levels of management and governance committees.
- Liaise with Head FCC Act / Regional / Country Heads to discuss ORA / RRA reviews and findings and identify appropriate resolution / remediation.
- Support the FCC Act team in the execution of their functional strategy and agenda.
- Governance - Ensuring DOIs / Process notes are in place, refreshed periodically for the above process.
- Support all ad-hoc FCC Act QCO requests.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in CFCC Controls
- Relevant experience in Financial Crime Compliance within a financial institution.
- Excellent report writing skills that involves sourcing data, analysing the same and presenting the information in the prescribed report format.
- 4 years of experience
- Professional - Compliance or Business skills relevant to financial crime risk.
- Effective collaborative skills that contribute to positive working relationships with counterparts and the business.
- Comply with Group Financial Crime Compliance Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all potential breaches to the Line Manager.
- Proven communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels.
- Good judgment. An inquisitive approach to practices and procedures. Personal authority and integrity. Independence and resilience.
- Experience of a broad range of personal and commercial banking services / banking operations and processes.
- Ability to collaborate and work dynamically across country, region, business, and group stakeholders.
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office suite particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in Banking / Financial services domain (Preferable).
- Exemplary integrity, ethics, independence and resilience.

**Certification**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics or equivalent
- Any AML certification like CAMS (preferable)
