**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTING CLERK**:
- Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
- Process payments as well as documents like invoices, payment voucher, receipt
- Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings
- Make and track payments
- Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
- Make bank deposits and keep up records
- Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
- Validate invoices against items or services received
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy
- Key data into company accounting system -Autocount, Myob and UBS
- Keep record of Budget
- Daily reporting on job done
- Weekly update on aging report for creditor and debtor
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES PURCHASING CLERK:
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
- Perform buying duties when necessary, taking account inventory
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
- Prepare daily report on job done and weekly report and data of incoming materials and outgoing finished goods
- Able to present data in graph and chart
- Able to coordinate between department and communicate efficiently
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Experience in handling accounts and knowledge in accounts and bookkeeping
- Clerical
- English and Malay language
- Computer - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Thinking and Analytical
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
