Overview:
As a Retail Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of retail operations within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various aspects of store operations, implementing policies and procedures, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Store Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product merchandising to maintain optimal store presentation.
- **Customer Service Enhancement**:

- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor store staff on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- **Team Supervision and Training**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Schedule staff shifts and allocate responsibilities to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of stores.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement inventory control measures to minimize stock shrinkage and losses.
- Optimize inventory levels and product assortment based on sales trends and customer demand.
- **Sales and Revenue Optimization**:

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), taking corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired results.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, labor laws, and retail industry regulations.
- Implement measures to mitigate operational risks and ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate reports on store performance, sales trends, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in retail operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of retail industry best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
