Assist the Direct Superior with overall administrative supports for kitchen operation, compile information and execution of operation plan.

**Operational (Kitchen) Administration**
- To provide secretarial and general administration assistance to the Direct Superior.
- Ensure all documentations and records are kept properly and accurate.
- Assist in coordination and execution of projects as assigned by the Direct Superior.
- Assist to prepare Recipe Card, Recipe Book, Market List and any other reports/documentations which will be assigned by the Direct Superior.
- Assist in filtering documentation for inventory purpose.
- To perform audit check on the outlet kitchen division with the guidance from Direct Superior.
- To assist on documentation of inventory within of storage areas and maintenance of storage areas.
- To be the main centre point of communication/communicator within kitchen division.
- Contribute in team efficiency by giving support in both operationally and administratively.

**Food Safety & Hygiene**
- Assist to ensure the compliance of Food Safety & Hygiene at all times to avoid any cross-contamination, food wastage and inconsistency of food quality
- To identify, highlight and suggest for improvements to maintain/increase the quality of Food Safety & Hygiene.

**Others**
- Have a complete understanding to the operational Do’s and Don’ts and Occupational Safety and Health standards.
- This position may require to be on duty on weekend and Public Holiday for ad-hoc supports.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Direct Superiors

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
