**About The Role**

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager for achieving or exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives in the respective Region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as agreed in the Annual Business Plan for the respective sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to achieve the organization’s sales revenue targets
- Managing client profitability, which includes effective sales and trade spending in accordance with budgets; analyzing the Return on Investment (ROI) on all expenditures
- Assist the team in ensuring store compliance (e.g. minimize out of stocks on shelf, implement promotional program)
- Track performance which covers financial, operational, and execution aspects and perform the necessary reporting
- Analyze in-store presence using third-party audit and in-store visit data for financial and operational performance
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Division to ensure the provision of marketing tools to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve sales volume/revenue targets
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure coverage of routes and availability of products within the market; assess competitor’s activities and identify new opportunities to build up the customer base and increase market share
- Oversee and develop an efficient distribution network working with the key distributors and ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service provided to customers

Job Requirements:

- Management experience, leading a team of at least 6 team members
- Minimum 8 years sales experience within the FMCG industry specifically within General Trade with exposure in managing distributors
- Strong analytical skills, sound business acumen and ability to interpret data and translate them into business strategies to grow volume/market share
- Good knowledge of MS Office
