Regional Sales Manager

YOUR MISSION
Our Regional Sales Manager (SEA) vacancy is an exciting role to drive growth and deliver constant support to existing customers across the region of South East Asia. This role will require frequent travelling to ensure business opportunities remain updated. This person must be attuned to the cultures and needs of each country to provide the best support possible to maintain good customer support.
SALES (B2B)
- To support day-to-day customer service activities with the aim to fulfill and solve customer & sales requests;
- Handle customer issues in a timely and efficient manner by working closely with the accounts and sales support teams;
- Deliver annual Budget per KPI;
- Coordinate and facilitate the process of order confirmations and invoices, creating various reports based on customers or internal and external requests;
- Facilitate Credit Notes (CN), Debit Notes (DN) and monitor invoice payments from customers;
- Continuous expansion of new channels / network to deliver growth.
OPERATIONS
- To coordinate with Sales Support and 3PL (third-party logistics) outbound processes to ensure customer orders are on track;
- Obtain and analyze reports from Sales Support to review customer business overview.
YOUR TALENT
- You have a Bachelor diploma in a relevant field;
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- You have great understanding of sales and processes, preferably in a sporting goods / fashion / FMCG industry;
- You are fluent in English (spoken & written), other languages are a plus;
- You drive accuracy and business for growth;
- You are a problem-solver and analytical thinker;
- You are a planning and organizing talent;
- You have good math / statistical analyzing skills;
- Knowledge of SAP is a pré.
