We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of **Regional Mobile Sales Manager** working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
**Principal Responsibilities**To achieve the sales targets for Unsecured (Cards and Personal Loan ) products and cross-sell of key Wealth and Personal Banking products assigned to the Mobile Sales team in the Region.
Responsible for formulating the Regional sales plan to attain the annual ROP goals agreed with Head of Wealth and Personal Banking and its execution.
To handle recruitment, training, sales process tracking and management, control function monitoring and the overall compliant level of the sales force.
To ensure maximum co-operation with branches and that the overall regional cross sale objectives are met.
To manage the team and ensure that the quality of Mobile Sales staff in the region is kept high.
To ensure that the region is compliant with Banks compliances requirement.
-Requirements
- A university degree is preferred for this role or prior experience in credit card sales management environment in a financial institution of up to 5 years will be preferred and suitable.
Strong analytical capacity and quick and measured responses on a daily basis.
Well verse with the various risk factors and system dependency of the card business and thus be able to make suitable decisions.
Strong product knowledge with the ability to appreciate the full suite of mortgage, card products sold by the bank is necessary and also the knowledge of all the various cross sales product base such as Balance Transfer, Personal Loan, credit insurance such as CGP and HAEP is beneficial.
English is the core medium of communication, but ability to converse in Mandarin and Bahasa is an advantage.
Strong computer skills in Excel, Power point and word is advantageous and beneficial for this role.
