Sales Team Lead for Central Region

Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will work closely with our distributor to manage dealers' portfolios, focusing on system support, network creation, and maintenance.
- This role involves developing, executing, and monitoring sales strategies and promotion plans to expand our reach and presence in the market.
- We are seeking an individual who can build strong relationships with our dealers and foster loyalty through various activations and promotions.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent training and knowledge-sharing skills to ensure seamless System and Product knowledge among the team.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and movements through market intelligence is crucial for success in this role.
- The selected candidate will lead and coach Product Specialists/Sales Teams to achieve area/territory-specific sales targets, while also monitoring their performance.
- This position requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimization of support resources.
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any field.
- At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco/FMCG environments, with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines is essential.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Valid driving license and own transportation are required.
