Agency Development Manager, Central Region

To execute and support in Central Region in performance management, training and recruitment matters that contribute to the Division's productivity.
You'll be responsible for:
- Planning and executing sales and recruitment related matters/tasks.
- Supporting regional performance management and monitoring the progress of KPIs assigned by the Company.
- Executing agency transformation activities to achieve a high productivity agency force.
- Providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing, tracking, and monitoring agencies' performance.
- Managing training arrangements and conducting basic training for the agency force.
- Supporting branch or regional events, activities, seminars, and sales campaigns.
- Planning and organizing sales activities to ensure active participation from agency members.
- Conducting communication sessions with agency members on all company's latest developments and important updates.
- Building good working relationships with agency members through various field activities, including field visits, attending agency meetings, and activities.
- Planning and implementing all sales campaigns and recruitment activities that contribute to the Division's target.
- Carrying out any other sales support tasks, as deemed necessary.
Important to your success:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Financial Services/insurance will be an added advantage.
- Result-driven and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain good relationships with agencies.
- Well-versed in both verbal and written communication skills – English in particular.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- A team player.
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
