Agency Development Manager, Central Region

We are seeking an experienced Agency Development Manager, Central Region to join our team and drive success in the Central Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales and recruitment related activities/tasks, supporting regional performance management, and monitoring the progress of assigned KPIs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing sales and recruitment related activities/tasks.
  • Supporting regional performance management and monitoring progress of assigned KPIs.
  • Executing agency transformation initiatives to achieve high productivity agency force.
  • Providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing, tracking, and monitoring agencies' performance.
  • Managing training arrangements and conducting basic training for the agency force.
  • Supporting branch or regional events, activities, seminars, and sales campaigns.
  • Planning and organizing sales activities to ensure active participation from agency members.
  • Conducting communication sessions with agency members on company developments and important updates.
  • Building good working relationships with agency members through field activities, including visits, meetings, and activities.
  • Implementing sales campaigns and recruitment activities contributing to the Division's target.
  • Carrying out other sales support tasks as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Financial Services/insurance, an added advantage.
  • Result-driven and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to manage relationships with agencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English essential.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • A team player.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
