Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.

Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  1. Collaborate closely with outlets behaviour to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  2. Drive the achievement of KPIs in alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Ensure daily work load consistently to meet their monthly targets.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Implement and maintain fundamental practices, including healthy stock weight and the 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People).
  2. Execute trade strategies in line with national plans to ensure excellence in trade execution.

Team Support & Development:

  1. Assist team members in improving home shelf displays and exploring secondary display opportunities.
  2. Provide guidance and conduct regular reviews with team members (Merchandisers).
  3. Foster a strong, collaborative team environment to enhance performance and morale.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Build and strengthen relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
  2. Explore and propose potential outlets for activations or fairs to increase market presence.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

  1. Conduct monthly meetings with merchandiser to address and rectify any outlets operation issue and opportunity.
  2. Own initiative find the opportunity within the service outlets for the roadshow or fair event to achieve the sales target.

Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:

  1. More than 2 years in sales field with working experience in Modern Trade channel.
  2. Strong communication, analytical, planning and people management skills.
  3. Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English and local Chinese dialect.
  4. Mobile and willing to travel within central region.
