About the Role

The Regional Sales Director will play a key role in driving sales growth within the Central Region. Reporting to the AGM Central Region, this position will be responsible for executing sales plans and activities across mobile dealerships and account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering new partnerships with traditional and non-traditional dealers, modern trade channels, and alternate distribution networks in designated territories.
  • Developing and implementing targeted sales campaigns for postpaid, prepaid, and device sales through training, coaching, and results sharing with business owners.
  • Conducting regular site visits to dealers' outlets, addressing operational matters, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborating closely with distributors to drive sales growth.
  • Identifying opportunities for sales expansion within assigned territories.
  • Conducting competitor research to inform countermeasures and boost sales performance.
  • Coordinating territory sales activities, promotions, and ensuring synergy with other departments to maximize resources.
  • Designing and executing dealer product training programs to enhance Unifi Mobile sales capabilities.
  • Assigning, monitoring, and coordinating tasks to ensure successful implementation of sales campaigns and POSM brand visibility.
  • Maintaining high service levels and productivity standards across direct and indirect dealership channels.
  • Providing necessary training to sales agents and business owners to maximize sales potential.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Passion for building relationships and achieving sales targets.

  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in telco dealer trade.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge and exposure in telco dealer trade is an added advantage.
