Regional Commercial Director

We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Regional Commercial Director. This pivotal role is centered on driving revenue growth, formulating strategic plans, and enhancing our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and marketing within the financial services industry and have an in-depth understanding of the Asian market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals, aligning with the company's global objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities within the Asian financial sector.
  • Oversee the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with the local market, enhancing brand awareness and engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and customer loyalty.
Strategic Brand Positioning:
  • Improve Brand Values via effective marketing strategy. You will develop a vision and strong brand position and own the brand and identity by enhancing IUX's awareness in the CFDs and Forex market segments.
  • Develop national marketing strategy and programs for product branding.
  • Develop Digital strategy & plans that support overall brand objectives and improve brand/campaign performance throughout the Customer Decision Journey. Optimize ROI for marketing initiatives through insights from digital and social media analytics.
  • Lead regional/local consumer research, analyze the result, and identify key insights and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience with 5 years in commercial within the Brokerage, FinTech, or Financial Services industry, with a focus on the Asian market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in an additional language being a plus

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams across diverse cultures, particularly in cross-border settings.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Asian financial markets, cultural adaptability, and a thorough understanding of local business practices and regulatory environments.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong data-driven approach with the capability to interpret complex market dynamics and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and financial reporting tools to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Ability to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets and KPIs, with a demonstrated history of driving growth in challenging markets.
