This strategic leader will work to build and deepen relationships and collaborations across the region and to accelerate impact and learning across your portfolio of CEOs and partner organizations. This is essentially a senior consultant & portfolio manager role, responsible for working closely with non-profit executives and senior teams across APAC to establish credibility, diagnose needs and opportunities, consult on strategic challenges, and mobilize resources. The role also involves extensive collaboration, working alongside a strong and experienced team of colleagues who are based in remote work locations across the region and world to leverage existing knowledge and to maximize impact and learning.

The right candidate is a visionary leader with experience of making sound strategic decisions that drive impact in complex and changing environments, alongside working collaboratively with team members.
Responsibilities
Support a Portfolio of Current Partner Organizations and Prospective Partners (80%)
- Provide direct support and thought partnership to approximately 4-6 partner organizations and prospective partner CEOs in the region. The specific organizations assigned to the Director's portfolio will be determined based on a combination of factors including the person's location, language skills and abilities, and background.
- Co-create and manage the implementation of an annual partnership plan with each organization in the Network Engagement Director's portfolio, identifying how Teach For All will support them and how they will contribute back to the network on an ongoing basis.
- Act as primary day-to-day relationship holder with a portfolio of current and prospective partner organization CEOs, cultivating relationships to build positive, long-term partnerships as a means to achieving shared and mutually beneficial goals and outcomes.
- Share insights, ask questions, and provide support to partner and prospective partner organization CEOs and their leadership teams, to build their capacity, advance strategic clarity and impact, and foster learning and sharing across the network, in line with Teach For All's shared global vision and priorities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the region to attract new sources of talent and funding to the network, and to build awareness among new potential partners, to enable Teach For All to expand its impact in diverse contexts and grow its reach across the Asia Pacific region, such that it is operating from a truly global perspective.
- Facilitate meaningful learning experiences in the region, virtual and in-person when possible, such as immersive experiences and peer-to-peer visits for network partner organizations and emerging social entrepreneurs, fostering collaboration, culture, and connection in line with our broader network vision and values.
- Leverage a deep understanding of the Asia Pacific landscape, to develop and execute on strategies that build external champions and elevate awareness of our work across the region.
Contribute to Asia Pacific Regional Strategy and Team Strength (20%)
- Play a critical role in devising, executing, and monitoring the progress of the region's strategy to ensure we are advancing impact across the region in line with our vision and priorities.
- Contribute to broader impact by bringing a deep understanding of the context and priorities of the CEOs and prospective CEOs in your portfolio to inform regional decision-making as well as the broader programmatic strategy of the Teach For All organization.
- Participate in team and organizational meetings and activities to inform programmatic decisions that impact the design and implementation of our engagement with current and prospective partner organizations.
- Leverage deep knowledge and understanding of the region contexts to pursue external opportunities. Cultivate potential champions and seek opportunities to create awareness on regional impact in order to generate resources and support for the network partners and global organization.
- Contribute meaningfully to the culture and strength of the Asia Pacific team, and to the relationships that the Asia Pacific team has with other regional and global teams across the organization.
- Highlight and share best practices and resources from the region that can contribute to the learning and impact of other teams and regions across the global.

About Teach For All
Teach For All is a global network of 60+ independent, locally led and governed partner organizations and a global organization committed to developing collective leadership to ensure all children fulfill their potential. Each network partner recruits and develops promising future leaders to teach in their nations' under-resourced schools and communities and, with this foundation, to work with others, inside and outside of education, to ensure all children are able to fulfill their potential. Teach For All's global organization works to increase the network's impact by capturing and spreading learning, facilitating connections among partners, accessing global resources, and fostering the leadership development of partner staff, teachers, and alumni.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusiveness
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization that inspires individuals of all backgrounds – across nationalities, races, ethnicity, religions, political views, economic backgrounds, sexual orientations, physical disabilities, languages, ages, genders and prior experiences – to bring their full selves to the work of ensuring educational opportunity for all.
In order to maximize our effectiveness in fulfilling Teach For All's mission, we also feel it is important to focus on increasing representation and inclusiveness with respect to two dimensions in particular: we prioritize diversity of geography because this can help us quickly understand and connect with the diverse cultures and geographies of the world. We also prioritize increasing the representation and inclusiveness of team members who themselves have experienced the inequities we're working to address by nature of sharing the background (e.g. economic, racial and ethnic, religious) of the most disadvantaged groups in their countries.
