Lighthouse Executives is partnering with an industrial solutions provider to find a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals, and General Industries in APAC.

Role Overview:

This role focuses on growing market share, revenue, and profit margins across APAC through capital equipment sales (separation, filtration, gas treatment packages). The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with deep industry expertise and strong client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead sales strategy for separation, filtration, gas treatment equipment
  2. Manage & mentor sales teams (direct & indirect)
  3. Conduct market analysis & position competitive solutions
  4. Leads new business generation and cross selling of existing customers.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 8-10 years experience in capital equipment sales (separation, filtration, gas treatment) into Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Refineries, Petrochemical & general industry. Technical background with basic understanding of fluid dynamics, filtration, and purification are preferred.
  • 5+ years industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals
  • 4+ years experience managing sales teams or rep agencies
  • Strong technical background in fluid dynamics, filtration, and purification
  • Proven track record in closing high-value, technical sales deals
  • Self-starter, motivated, and results-driven
