- Aggressively prospect and drive new sales, develop new business for Panorama TV Asia Broadcast.
- Responsible to achieve its target presence & revenue stream from the hospitality, commercial and residential market via the Android Set Top Box (STB).
- Ensure optimum coverage of hospitality, commercial and residential market and willing to walk the streets to attain the desired objectives.
- Draw policies & guidelines to ensure all genuine sales orders are converted into revenue generation accounts in the quickest way within set financial returns.
- Ensure pricing guidelines are followed and implemented as per policy.
- Continuously review business process requirements to improve productivity & efficiency, thus contributing to lower operation costs.
- Draw policies to ensure that commercial establishments and hotels face minimum interruption in the event of a faulty system by providing efficient technical support & after sales service to avoid loss of revenue & customer complaints.
- Conduct market survey and analysis on competitors.
- Build good rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers across the assigned region.
- Gather customer feedback regularly to improve our service quality.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar/related job.
- Experience in hospitality, internet TV, hospital, medical supply, healthcare, pharmaceutical related sales is encouraged to apply.
- A strong network of contacts and relationships in the hospitality, commercial and residential sector is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with different region's market segment.
- Possess strong drive for sales growth and business expansion.
- Process-oriented and problem resolution skills coupled with strong customer service requirements.
- Strong ability to build working relationships with other departments and with a variety of business partners.
- Independent with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Good time management & strong follow-through abilities.
