- **Corporate Records Maintenance**: Maintain up-to-date corporate records, including registers of directors, shareholders, and company secretaries, as well as minutes of board meetings and general meetings. Ensure secure storage and easy accessibility of these documents.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Monitor changes in legislation and regulations relevant to corporate governance and compliance. Assist in ensuring that the company's practices remain compliant with current laws and standards.
- **Corporate Governance Support**: Support the Corporate Secretary in advising the board on governance principles and compliance with corporate governance requirements. Assist in the review and implementation of corporate governance policies and practices.
- **Communication with Stakeholders**: Assist in communicating with shareholders, directors, and relevant authorities, including the preparation and distribution of statutory notices, dividends, and other corporate communications.
