Procurement Executive

**Overview**

Our Client is an **IT Solution** based Company that is located in the **Kepong** area. The **Procurement Executive** oversees all activities related to sourcing, ordering, tracking deliveries, and distributing stocks. They maintain records of purchase orders, quotations, price comparisons, supplier information, and agreements, while adhering to the 5S methodology.

**Job Scope**
Full Time (On-Site)

**Salary**
RM 3000.00 - RM3700.00 (Depending On Experience)
- Manage sourcing and purchasing operations from start to finish.
- Issue purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, verify shipping documents, track payment status, and follow up on non-conformance reports.
- Maintain a vendor database with key information like lead times and transit times.
- Monitor purchase statuses and communicate any changes to relevant parties.
- Source products, negotiate with vendors, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure proper handling of pro-forma invoices for payment processing.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in international purchase and operations management. Fresh graduates with relevant studies and the right attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be good in both written and spoken **English**. Those with **Mandarin** experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using ERP and computer software.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated, team player, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of ISO compliance is a plus.
