About the Role

Provide operational support to the PRS Operations & Investment Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) Operations

a) Corporate Vesting Program
- Setup new Corporate Vesting Client accounts in the system including review the completeness of documentations prior to onboarding.
- Issue monthly billing and supervise incoming contribution for follow through action.
- Update the system whenever there is a change in the Vesting Client's personnel list, update the daily fund price, and notify the Transfer Agency (TA) Service Provider for transaction processing.

b) Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Perform Anti Money Laundering and Combat Financing Terrorism (AMLCFT) screening in Nice-Actimize software for pre-onboard customers, overall quarterly and annual screening (individual and corporate entities). Bring up the AMLCFT screening “hit alert” results to Compliance Officer (if any).
- Arrange for Agents/Customers to complete the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)/ Large Amount Questionnaire (LAQ) Forms, and then follow up with appropriate parties to ensure the duly completed EDDs/LAQs are returned for respective Head of Department sign-off.
- Assessing and completing EDD questionnaires premised on the available customer's information for superior’s review and General Manager sign-off.

c) Periodic reconciliation of PRS Members’ position holding in TA Service Provider’s database against the position holdings in Private Pension Administrator’s (PPA) record.

d) To assist in the reconciliation of third-party payments identified by the TA Service Provider. Applications to be declined and refunded if allowed third party-payment criteria are not met.

e) Handling inquiries from AIA Service Branches, the AIA Sales Agency Team, Independent Financial Advisors (IFA), and other areas within the company.

f) Advise the information and documents required for withdrawals, Transfer in/out, fund switching particularly in transactions involving PPA’s prior approval.

g) Preparation of periodic reports for compilation into monthly dashboard and assist in collecting information for reporting to the Securities Commission and pre-mature withdrawal penalties.

i) Supervise the direct debit billing cycles and work closely with TA Service Provider to ensure the transactions uploaded in bank portal are fully authorized.

j) To cover daily BAU (business as usual) in the absence of the subordinate and perform any other responsibilities allocated by manager to satisfy company requirements on an as-needed basis.

2. Investment Operations
- Daily Tagging money market code in the investment trading platform (BBG).
- Prepare daily trade summary as advance notification for the Trustee (when required).
- Release money market and other investment trades in BBG when required.
- Retrieving BBG feed-file from the Group Server for subsequent transfer/ upload to the Trustee Client’s Server via SFTP connection.
- Prepare and upload private mandate trade files into the custodian’s bank portal for manager’s authorization.
- Prepare instruction letter (invest/ redeem/ fund switch) to foreign mutual fund houses and foreign exchange instruction to the Trustee.
- Prepare letter of subscription for Initial Public Offering, private placement and other participation in Corporate Actions.
- Assist in collating the required documentations for opening of new Broker counterparties accounts including to interact with the Company Secretary and Compliance officers to acquire such documentations. Likewise, prepare vitally documents for the brokers/ counter-parties / foreign fund houses whenever there is change in Investment Authorized Persons.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education : Tertiary qualification in any field

Experience : At least 6 years of working experience and prior knowledge and experience in Asset Management Company is preferable.
