Fund Administration Assistant Manager/ Manager

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of the net asset values, financial reports, regulatory returns, tax fillings and ensure tax submissions are filed on a timely basis.
- Prepare necessary reports as required by the clients, management and others stakeholders on a periodic and/or ad-hoc basis.
- Ensure fund valuation and fund reporting are completed within stated deadlines.
- Coordinate and review financial reporting package to the investors by working closely with internal and external parties.
- Perform and coordinate calculations/ review of income distribution for all unit trust and wholesale funds.
- Assist in registrar function, including to ensure timely operational handling, execution and processing of investor’s transactional activities and update register records. Review transactional activities’ documentation for completeness and accuracy; monitor fund receipts and arrange redemption payments and responsible for a series of mutual fund processing and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all processing records are filed/ saved in an organized manner to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary.
- Plan, manage and control all aspects of the team’s operations.
- Be willing to participate actively in every level of service as required by the clients and any ad hoc project assigned.

**_Requirements:_**
- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experiences in back-office operations in the unit trust or asset management industry.
- Direct exposure to different financial markets, instruments, settlement and reporting processes. Experience in registrar and transfer agency services would be an added advantage.
- Excellent PC skills (especially in Microsoft Excel and VBA), Swift and/or project management would be highly desirable.
- Must be meticulous and accurate with good attention to details.
- Able to work independently, under tight deadline with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
