Assisting in Talent Acquisition:

- Perform full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement, conducting reference check if required, and on boarding process.
- Prepare recruitment-related report including platform use, number of interview arrangement and successful hiring.
- Collaborate with superior on a regular basis for future hiring needs.
- Perform any ad hoc task from superior and management from time to time.
