**Requirements**
- Posses Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant experience in accounting
- Conversant in MS Office and SQL accounting software are essential.
- Good analytical skills, able to cope with tight deadlines, resourceful and able to work independently
- Possess passion and good working attitude
- Language Required : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
**Responsibility**
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Prepare bank reconciliation and handle petty cash
- Monitoring bank balances to ensure sufficient funds
- Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
- Coordination and preparation of year-end audit schedules
- To assist in inventory control system on costing of stocks and ensure a proper system of documentation and during physical stock count cycle
- To be in charge of fixed assets management and calculation of depreciation
- Performing full spectrum of AR, AP & GL function to maintain a full set of accounts including journal entries for accruals and other adjustments
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Performs any related task as directed by superior from time to time
