**Job Role**:
1. Attending all incoming calls and correspondence appropriately and courteously (as similar to telephone operator’s duties).

2. Handling patients’ enquiries, scheduling appointment, registration, billing and payment collection.

3. Performing cashiering duties and ensure that all charges are billed and collected accurately and accordingly.

4. Typing medical reports for the patients.

5. Managing clinic department stocks.

6. Performing ad hoc duties as and when required including transferring patients to the respective department.

7. Performing basic clerical and administrative duties.

8. Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the HODs/Management from time to time.

**With experience of front office/receptionist are encouraged to apply**

Pay: RM1,950.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
