To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other enquiries.
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
- Execution of paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).
- Liaise with tour guide, handling claim etc
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Onsite visit when necessary.
- Tour research and itinerary setup.
- Providing administrative support to Travel Consultants at all levels, including the design of itineraries and proposals, bookings and supplier and product knowledge gathering
- Supporting travel/general sales operational needs of the Company

**We propose the following structure for the internship program**:

- Duration: 3-6 months
- Roles and Responsibilities: Interns will be involved in various aspects of our operations, such as customer service, marketing, event planning, research, and administrative support.
- Mentorship and Evaluation: Each intern will be assigned a mentor from our team who will provide guidance and regular feedback to ensure a meaningful and productive internship experience.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
