Job Responsibilities:

- Aid in the day-to-day functioning of the Finance and Admin Department.
- Conduct general bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare checks, payment vouchers, and process online payments.
- Oversee debtors' collection activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of files.
- Assist in various other areas based on company priorities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Senior Account Manager, ensuring adherence to deadlines and company protocols.

Job Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in Finance and administrative roles.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess at least a postgraduate diploma in Finance or business administration.
- Highly motivated, with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in operational problem-solving, adept at identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Skilled in process improvement techniques to optimize operational efficiency.
- Meticulous attention to detail to uphold accuracy standards within the Account Department.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with various departments, suppliers, and staff members.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and proactively implement improvements to meet evolving business requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
