**Job Purpose *
Play a pivotal role in analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying system requirements, and providing crucial support to the cards refactoring project. Focus on ensuring the successful replacement of our current cards platform, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing operational efficiency. Foster stakeholder collaboration, guide the Agile development process, and maintain a prioritized product backlog to drive the project towards successful completion and overall project success.

**Key Responsibilities *
**Requirements Gathering & Analysis**
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to identify and understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements related to the cards platform refactoring project.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
- Elicit and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases to serve as a foundation for the new cards platform.

**Solution Design & Documentation**
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional designs, ensuring the proposed solution aligns with business objectives.
- Create detailed documentation including process flow diagrams, data mappings, system interfaces, and user interface mockups to effectively communicate requirements to stakeholders and development teams.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

**Stakeholder Management & Communication**
- Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and address concerns.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding progress, milestones, and any changes to project scope or timelines.

**Testing & Quality Assurance**
- Collaborate with the testing team to define test scenarios, test cases, and expected results based on the defined requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving any issues or defects identified during the testing phase.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the project.

**Post-Implementation Support and Training**
- Assist in the deployment and adoption of the new cards platform by providing end-user support and training as needed.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the new platform, gather feedback, and identify areas for further improvement.

- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
