**Job Purpose **
- 2nd Level Support to investigate and escalate production issues for Avaloq, TAP-SG, TAP-MY and PTS
- Maintaining all related support technical documentations
- Ensure systems are working as per BAU and in compliance with CIMB IT policy

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for support production issues, troubleshooting on Private Banking system (MY), TAP-SG. TAP-MY as 2nd level support, and be able to provide details vendors
- Develop, maintain, enhance, test and support Private Banking system and its’ related interfaces in accordance to business requirements and provide technical documentation related to the system supports. Includes also perform SIT and support UAT for the enhancements and fixes
- Liaise with Business users, vendors, consultants and other technical staff to achieve support objectives
- Review Business Case provided by the Business to define the high level requirements. He/She will work with business analyst on project scope and specification
- Conduct Prioritization meeting with BU, to prioritize the ITHM & Problem ticket, Change Requests and Prod issues
- To be Project manager and accountable for all the change requests, by providing HLE effort estimation, Delivery planning, deployment date
- To be Development Team lead to managing the development queue, timeline, deliverables and following the Development progress
- To be Developer able to develop/enhance the Avaloq Scripts, and TAP scripts
- To be Avaloq Code Reviewer to review and ensure the Avaloq Scripts are implemented following the Avaloq Coding standard and it met CR / Business requirements
- To be IT Lead for Avaloq, TAP-SG, and TAP-MY in answering / responding any ad hoc queries from users/requestors
- To be TAP-MY lead, to manage, develop and deliver data migration scripts for Archiving system
- Involve in other related CIMB projects which need support from Private Banking system, TAP SG, PTS, TAP-MY
- Participate & following up the User testing to ensure the testing completed with UAT sign off
- Arrange & Preparing the SIT, UAT, PROD Deployment plan
- To assist and execute the following IT services and handling projects in CIMB
- To assist in updating and maintaining all related support technical documentation
- To assist in testing and verifying in Patching for all Private Banking system
- To ensure all incidents ticket are addressed and closed within SLA
- Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and User Acceptance testing.
- Provide support to testers ensure all defined system functionality requirements have been met.
- Provide support to ensure all defined business needs and functionality requirements have been met during warranty period.

**Job Specification *
**Qualifications**:

- (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.) _
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related study, or equivalent experience.- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements- Avaloq Script Language (ACCP Certified will be added advantage
- Asentis CCM (Avaloq Reporting tools)
- Unix Shell scripting development
- Actuate (TAP Reporting tools)
- Project management (PMP or Prince-II certified will be added advantage)
- Relevant Work Experience- Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Private Banking products is an added advantage;
