**Job Purpose **Key Responsibilities **
- Assist in any new systems implementation e.g. requirement specification, system evaluation, installation, customization, testing, conversion and migration.
- Assist users in quality assurance testing (i.e. guidance on test objectives, planning, test script design, etc. during UAT, etc.).
- Study and evaluate the impact of new releases, patches or version before applying/implementing.
- Ensure IT systems are running smoothly and accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Provide support in relation to IT Disaster Recovery Requirement with Business Continuity Plan.
- Working knowledge of SQL, MYSQL, ORACLE databases & basic Unix and Linux network configuration.
- Vendor tickets tracking and management
- Working knowledge on Windows and Linux platform.
- Working knowledge of IT Hardware (basic) and Software.
- Act as IT assistance in new project if any.
- Written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Specification *
**Qualifications**:

- (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.)- Bachelor's Degree in IT- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements- N/A- Relevant Work Experience(a) Minimum 7-8 years of working experiences.

(b) Knowledge in Capital Markets System will be advantage.

(c) Working experience in Treasury, FX market is an added advantage
