**Hello We are Diverge Retail Sdn Bhd, a company in the business of Retail Solution industry. Our company specializes in Retail Ambience and Retail Event Management, where we provide music to retailers and manage events ranging from small to big projects. We have contracted more than 2,000 retail outlets nationwide and event projects lined up. Thus, our team is expanding and we are looking for individuals with strong communication skills to engage with business partners and clients to build business for the company.**

**Job Qualification**:

- Proven working experience as Business Development, Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a bonus
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills

**Description**:

- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationship with new and existing clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Promote the company's products & services addressing or predicting client's objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rule and guidelines
- Provide a clear, decisive way of communicating in order to adapt solutions for different needs of clients
- Salary range RM 4000.00 - RM6000.00 including commission pay.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
