Monitor and maintain PIDS software and equipment working well and up to date the real time bus schedule
- Create, administer and publish content in line with branding and marketing communication plan and strategy
- Develop content and bus schedule on which platform and gate
- Update the current bus operator by referring system support team
- Provide online/onsite technical support to ticketing counter and various equipment of CTS
- Monitor and maintain the uptime of all POS equipment, ticketing system, efficiency of software and integrity of integration
- Responsible in technical complaints, rectifying remotely and attending site troubleshooting
- Liaise with sub contractor for the technical complaint and hardware/software failure to maintain the effectiveness
- Responsibility to update all ticketing POS for the new changes
- Maintain all networking and system for Check-In counter and PIDS

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
