Building on our property management experiences and the challenge of securing trusted service providers to maintain our managed properties, we ventured into maintenance services in 2019, We aim to provide customers a convenient way to hire trusted local service professionals with affordable and transparent pricing. In 2021, we expanded our maintenance partnerships with other qualified and eDge Services approved providers. Today, we have over 30 qualified and trusted partners in Johor Bahru across a wide range of local services. Looking ahead, we will continue to improve the maintenance services standard in Malaysia.
