**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the office’s compliance with TMF’s Information Security Framework and underlying policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handling of security incidents and observations reported by the staff and escalating them to the Global Information Security Officer/Team (GISO).
- Ensuring that management reviews are scheduled & conducted on a periodic basis
- Co-ordinating with asset & process owners for periodic review of asset list and risk assessment.
- Ensuring vendor assessment is completed for a new vendor, if applicable.
- Providing support and assistance during internal and external ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402
- Follow up on the closure of the corrective and preventive action plan for the reported non-conformities and observations.
- Promoting general awareness of the security policies and procedures.
- Attend initiatives from GISO in implementing new processes, guidelines & any queries relating to Malaysia
- Manage RDC related correspondence and document flow
- Collaborate and ensure alignment with the TMF Malaysia Facility Manager
- Coordinate Facility / Office Management for RDC organization
- Manage the RDC specific office supply process, including requisitioning, procurement and registering of invoices
- Provide generic RDC administration (access rights, distribution lists, etc.)
- Support and/or coordination in organizing the RDC sponsored events, engagement activities, RDC visitors
- Support for travel arrangements for RDC community and point of contact with travel agents / service providers
- Provide support to RDC Leadership in various tasks related to the initial setup and development of the Delivery Center

**Knowledge and Skills Requirements**:

- University degree or high school graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing, ability to interact with various types of stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Action / initiative oriented and very good customer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Great sense of responsibility
- Team and service orientated
