**Debt Collection Assistance**: Collaborate in the debt collection process by diligently following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely and efficient collection.

**Customer Relations Management**: Maintain professional and efficient communication with customers, addressing inquiries, providing statements, and negotiating payment arrangements.

**Credit Risk Management**: Strategically manage and minimize customer credit risks by evaluating creditworthiness and setting appropriate credit limits.

**Coordination with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to address and resolve any discrepancies in sales invoices, ensuring accurate and consistent communication.

**Monthly Performance Monitoring**: Support the finance manager by assisting in the monitoring of monthly debt collection performance, reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement.

**Account Statement Reminders**: Take the initiative to send timely reminders and statements of accounts to customers, promoting transparency and facilitating prompt payments.

**Ad Hoc Assignments**: Undertake additional tasks as required, contributing to the team's overall effectiveness and ensuring smooth credit control operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin and English**: Exceptional fluency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking customers and handle chinese documentations.
- **Debt Collection Experience**: Prior experience in debt collection, credit control, or related roles is preferred.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Ability to analyze customer payment behavior, credit history, and risk levels to make informed decisions.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Effective collaboration with internal sales teams and external customers to reach agreements and address issues.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and urgent situations in a high-pressure environment.
- **Professionalism**: Upholding strong ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and building positive customer relationships.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Qualification**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
