Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- To use the company database, social media platform and other relevant customer data to search for potential customers.
- To follow up on the registered customer till completion of class and hand-over of their certification.
- We require you to update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- To prepare and maintain proper filling of reports, invoices, payment vouchers and documents.
- To read and update the documents into the online system.
- To be able to coordinate with sales team on the class registration and update the clients into the system.
- To prepare the certification for each of the students who finished the class.
- Analysis the reach and engagement in the social media platform.
- To create posting outline schedule for the company social media platform.
