As an Executive (Administration), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations, administration, and coordination of activities within our organisation. Reporting directly to the Executive Director or relevant managerial personnel, you will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of an association.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files pertaining to membership, events, and other association activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as required.
- **Membership Management**:

- Assist in membership recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts.
- Coordinate communication with members, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support the planning, organization, and execution of events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Assist with logístical arrangements including venue booking, catering, speaker coordination, and attendee registration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a trade association or nonprofit organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese language
- Familiarity with membership management systems and event planning tools is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to work.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
