We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might facewith accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Essential

**Responsibilities**:
Provide technical support in regards to daily operational activities
Co-ordinate with cross-functional personnel (Warehouse, Fleet ant etc)
Prepare periodic reports for the purpose of timely detection of issues and problems underlying current service process
Support in other activities as directed by supervisors
Desired Skills
Good data processing skills
Flexibility in terms of work timing
Good communication skills
Problem-Solving and analytical skills
**Requirements**:
Fresh graduates are welcome

**Required language(s)**: Bahasa Malaysia, English
